MACHINERY

Corrugator
The corrugator is the machine that manufactures corrugated cardboard sheets. It creates bonds between layers of paper from paper rolls to produce the final product. The corrugation or corrugated wave of the cardboard is created using grooved rollers that, through heat and pressure, give it its characteristic shape.
Die Cutter

The die cutter is a machine used for printing and die-cutting, which means shaping corrugated cardboard into the required dimensions for each type of box. A die, which is a tool with a specially designed relief, is used to make the necessary cuts and creases and shape the cardboard sheets into boxes. When equipped with in-line printers capable of up to six colours, they allow for precise reproduction of text and images, customising the end product.

Flatbed die-cutter

A flatbed die cutting machine is a machine that works by placing the cardboard on a flat surface and using a specialised die, which is a tool with a specific shape, to make cuts or perforations in the material.

Casemaker

The casemaker is also known as an American box making machine, or flap machine, which delivers glued and folded boxes to the customer ready for use. These boxes can also be customised with printing in up to four colours, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance a company brand identity

Corrugator

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

125.000.000 m² per year of corrugated cardboard
400.000.000 pcs/year

The corrugator is an essential machine in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard. Its main function is to create the corrugation or the characteristic waves in the cardboard.

It consists of a series of rollers that apply heat and pressure to a sheet of flat paper and a sheet of corrugated paper, creating a wave structure in the paper. This corrugated structure provides rigidity, strength and shock absorption capacity to the cardboard.

Machine Vision. 0 printing and die-cutting defects.

The rotary die-cutting machine allows corrugated cardboard to be shaped according to the dimensions required for each type of box.

The process involves the use of a specialised tool called a die, which is designed with a specific relief to make the necessary cuts, creases and mouldings in the cardboard sheets, transforming them into boxes. Rotary die cutters use a rotating cylinder equipped with the die to make the required cuts and shapes in the material.

These rotary die cutters can be adapted with in-line printers capable of printing up to six colours, allowing precise reproduction of texts and images, customising the final product according to specific needs.

Flatbed die-cutter

Dimensions: 1100*1600MM

A flatbed die-cutting machine is a machine used to perform the die-cutting process on cardboard. Unlike rotary die cutters, flatbed die cutters work by means of a vertical pressing mechanism.

It consists of a flat base plate on which the cardboard to be processed is placed. Then, a die, which is a tool with a specific shape (for example, a geometric shape, a design, or an outline) is used to cut or die-cut the cardboard. The die is placed on top of the material and pressure is applied, usually by means of a press or similar mechanism, to perform the cutting operation.

Die cutters provide a precise and efficient way of cutting and shaping materials, allowing the creation of custom designs and large-scale production.

The casemaker, also known as an American box making machine  or flap machine, is a fundamental tool in the packaging industry. Its main advantage lies in its ability to deliver fully glued and folded boxes to the customer, ready for immediate use.

This machine is especially appreciated for its efficiency and productivity, as it simplifies and streamlines the box manufacturing process. By using the casemaker, boxes can be produced in large volumes quickly and uniformly, which is beneficial for companies that require a high production capacity.

In addition to its functionality, the casemaker also offers the possibility of customising the boxes. By printing up to four colours, logos, designs and promotional messages can be added, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance company brand identity and capture the attention of customers.
